Not at all. If you can copy and paste, you can set up BookWell. Our setup wizard walks you through everything step by step. Most properties are live and accepting bookings within 15 minutes.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You connect your own Stripe account during setup, and guest payments go directly to you. BookWell never holds your funds. Stripe's standard processing fees apply in addition to BookWell's platform fee.
Absolutely. Many of our properties use BookWell to capture direct bookings while still listing on OTAs. Over time, as you drive more direct traffic, you can reduce your OTA dependency and keep more of your revenue.
There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your existing bookings will still be honored, and you can export all your data. You can also downgrade to the free plan instead of canceling entirely.
